Mr. Edward A. Hurdle

Mr. Edward A. Hurdle, 64, passed away July 17, 2024 at his residence of Booneville, Kentucky after a long illness.

He was born August 14, 1959 in Hamilton, Ohio. He was the son of the late Edward Hurdle and Fannie Marshall.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Pamela Hurdle of Booneville, Kentucky, two sons Mr. Brian Hurdle and Mr. Jeremiah Hurdle of Booneville, Kentucky, two grandchildren Josiah Hurdle of Butler, Kentucky and Brian Jacob Hurdle of Booneville, Kentucky, five sisters Mrs. Peggy Marshall of Booneville, Kentucky, Mrs. Sue Barrett of Booneville, Kentucky, Mrs. Gail Terry of Newport, Kentucky, Mrs. Debbie Reynolds of Newport, Kentucky and Mrs. Margaret Barrett of Booneville, Kentucky. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Edward Hurdle and Mrs. Fannie Marshall, his daughter, Rebecca Hurdle, four brothers Pat Hurdle, Danny Ray Hurdle, Edward Babe McAllister, Eugene Reynolds and two sisters Rosalie Bowman and Brenda Williams.

Memorial service for Mr. Hurdle was held Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Searcy and Strong Funeral Home. Officiating the service was the Rev. Jamie Brunk. Burial followed in the Cow Creek Cemetery.
