The 20th annual Sag Hollow Invitational Golf Tournament was held over the weekend of June 12-14 and began with an 18 hole scramble.
There were 40 entrants divided into 10 foursomes.
The winning team with a score of -15 consisted of Cody Pennington, Harley Roberts, Matt Little, and Bear Strong. The winning margin was by 1 stroke over two teams with -14 scores.
What made the round impressive is Matt Little made six putts from 15-20 feet and Bear Strong made three from about the same distance. Cody Pennington made two 12 foot birdie saves when it got down to him as a last chance in the putting rotation. Cody also chipped in for a birdie on hole 6.
Also impressive is they ran out of mulligans after 4 holes had been played and played the last 14 without any. Their scorecard also did not have any eagles, only birdies and three pars.
