OWLS 61 WOLVES 60
Owsley County pulled off a feat they had not managed since the 2015 basketball season, defeating the home-standing Wolfe County Wolves 61-60 on Tuesday and evened their record to 10-10 on the season.
To do so, the Owls had to mount a furious comeback after trailing for most of the first half and being behind 36-24 at halftime.
Wolfe still had a six-point lead in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter, but Owls guard Jarred Napier made back-to-back three-point shots. Wolfe missed a pair of free throws, and the Owls' Keegan Herald made what would be the winning basket in the final seconds. Wolfe had one more possession, but time ran out, and the Owls secured the win before a supportive group of fans who had made the trip to Campton.
Napier led the Owls with 18 points. Herald finished with 15 points and eight rebounds, Jordan McCoy had 12 points and six rebounds, Chase Pryse had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, and Daniel Caudell scored six points and had seven rebounds and three assists.
Wolfe County was led by Jayden Hollon with 19 points, and Jayden Molands had 17.
OWLS 72 CORDIA 42

Keegan Herald had 13 points, Chase Pryse had four, Daniel Caudell had four, Jarred Napier had 11, Kelton Smith had two, Matt Wright had 12, Bryson Bowling had five, and Sawyer Renfroe had two points.

BEREA 75 OWLS 60
Owsley County finally played their first game since January 22 when they traveled to Berea for a February 5 matchup with the Berea Pirates.
Berea broke open a close game just before halftime to take a 37-30 lead. They increased their lead to 55-42 after three quarters and hung on for a 75-60 win.
Chase Pryse led the Owls in scoring with 16 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double. Keegan Herald had 15 points and seven rebounds, Jordan McCoy had 15, Jarred Napier had six, Daniel Caudell had five, and Bryson Bowling had three.
