Virginia Rose Biggs, age 72, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.
Virginia was born June 20, 1951 in Middletown, OH, a daughter to the late John Lee, and Alma Opal (Rowlan) Lee. She was a nurse, and in her free-time she enjoyed gardening, and flowers. Virginia was a member of the Calvary Temple Church.
Along with her husband of 40 years; Clifford Biggs, she is survived by 3 daughters; Melinda (Tim) Miller, Eugenia “Gina” (Bobby) Price, and Thelma Jean Ramsey, 3 sons; John (Phyllis) Richardson, Eugene “Bill” (Nicole) Richardson, and Raymond (Lisa) Biggs 2 brothers; Bobby (Lora) Lee, and Larry Lee, 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members, and friends.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Bill Lee, Buck Lee, Rebecca Cow, Dixie Isaacs, Charlie Lee, and Orville Duttonhopper.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 15, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Booneville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the Booneville Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Amburgy officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Biggs-Yarber Cemetery in Booneville, KY.
