This event is free and for Students and family of Owsley County High school. We will be painting Snowglobe shaped cutouts with everyone's favorite tree in them. Add your favorite holiday phrase or family name. Tis the Season (for snack cakes ) You must sign up with Amy Dooley to reserve your seats.
