Ronald Lee Wolf, born
December 5, 1951, in Ohio,
passed from this world on
July 20, 2026, at his home,
surrounded by loving
friends and family. He was
74 years old. He leaves
behind his loving wife,
Barbara Wolf; his son,
David Wolf, and daugh-
ter-in-law, Jessica Wolf,
of Beattyville; two grand-
children, Lindsey Wolf and
Alex Wolf, of Beattyville;
two great-grandchildren,
Chase Wolf and Weston
Wolf; three brothers, Lee
Wolf of Ohio, George Wolf
of Mississippi, and Arron
Wolf of Ohio; and three
sisters, Vera Mason of
Ohio, Leota Wolf of Ohio,
and his cherished sister,
Nellie (Jake) Dunaway of
Ohio, who was very spe-
cial to him. He also leaves
behind honorary Wolf and
irreplaceable family friend
Vicky Combs; his loving
and priceless sister-in-law,
Thresea Sexton; and nu-
merous other friends and
family members. He was
preceded in death by his fa-
ther, George Wolf, and his
mother, Leota Wolf, both
of Ohio. Ronald was an ac-
tive member of his church
and an avid Jeep and junk
enthusiast who took plea-
sure in the simpler things
in life. He enjoyed walking
in the woods, turning dis-
carded junk into treasure,
and telling stories from the
past, as well as jokes he had
collected. He was a United
States Marine Corps vet-
eran, a retired postal clerk
who served the Beattyville
community, and a devot-
ed and loving husband,
father, and grandfather.
He was always willing to
lend a helping hand to any-
one in need. To know him
was to love him. Although
our hearts are broken and
heavy, the wisdom, love,
guidance, generosity, and
lessons he shared will con-
tinue to guide generations
and preserve his memory
and legacy forevermore.
He will be greatly missed
and loved forever.
