Ronald Childers, age 74, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026 at his residence in Beattyville, KY. Ronald was born December 16, 1951 in Breathitt County, KY, a son to the late Clint Childers and Laura (Gabbard) Childers. He was a construction worker, and enjoyed spending time with his family. Ronald is survived by one daughter: Robin Childers of Beattyville, KY, two brothers; Cecil Childers of Alabama, and Wendell Childers of Beattyville, KY, one sister; Margaret Childers, as well as many other family members & friends. He was preceded in death by her parents; Clint and Laura Childers, wife; Shirley Childers, and eight siblings. Services held Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Booneville Funeral Home. Mike Spencer officiating. Burial at the Childers Cemetery in the Wide Creek Community of Lee County, KY. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
