Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
2 cans strawberry pie filling
1 pkg. Softened cream cheese
(Cut into.cubes)
1 box yellow or white cake mix
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the pie filling evenly over bottom of preparedmdish.
- Scatter the cream cheese cubes evenly across strawberry filling. Drizzle vanilla extract over filling.
- Evenly sprinkle dry cake mix over top don't stir.
- Slowly drizzle melted butter over cake mix, covering as much of surface as possible.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar over top for crisper finish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or top is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream, whipped topping.
