Kenny Campbell, age 81, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024, at his residence in Beattyville, KY. Kenny was born September 15, 1942, in Booneville, KY, a son to the late Lester and Mildred Cecil Campbell. He was a retired construction worker and a member of the Booneville Presbyterian Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Booneville.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary (Peters) Campbell, 2 daughters; Sonya (Tommy) Fox and Kendra (David) Ratliff, both of Beattyville, KY, 2 brothers; Thomas (Joyce) Campbell and Stevie Campbell, both of Booneville, KY, 2 sisters; Phyllis Jane Herald of Booneville, KY, and Annabelle Turner of Lexington, KY, 3 grandchildren; Chancey Fox, Elijah Ratliff and Aiden Ratliff, 2 great grandchildren; Baylee Fox and Gavin Fox, and many other loving family members and friends.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers; Robert Wendell Campbell and James Campbell and 1 sister, Margaret Campbell. Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Sandlin officiating.
Kenny will be laid to rest in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery located in Booneville, KY.
