Joyce Marie Cole, age 53, of Beattyville, Kentucky, passed away on August 12, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 26, 1972, in Wolfe County, Kentucky, she lived a life marked by warmth, laughter, and a deep devotion to the people she loved. Joyce was a woman whose presence could brighten any room. She was known for her funny spirit, kind heart, and the way she made others feel welcome and cared for. Her family and friends will remember her as someone who could bring comfort with a kind word, encouragement with a smile, and joy with her quick wit and loving nature. She carried herself with strength and grace, and even in difficult times, she remained spirited and full of love for those around her. She is survived by her boyfriend, Les Maggard; her daughters, Trinity Agee and Andiria Tipton; her brother, Randy Cole; her sisters, Cathy Cole and Judy Fox; and her beloved grandchildren, Brayden Hogan, Trenton Hogan, Haleigh Hogan, and Austin Hogan. Joyce also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins who will cherish her memory and the special place she held in their hearts. Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Moore, and her mother, Betty McIntosh. Though her parents and loved ones who went before her are now reunited with her in eternal rest, the love they shared continues to live on through the family she leaves behind.
Joyce Marie Cole will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, in the laughter she shared, in the kindness she showed, and in the many lives she touched throughout her journey.
