Jamie Elizabeth Johnson, age 57, wife of Russell Johnson, passed on Tuesday, December 30, 2023 at the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Irvine, KY.
Jamie was born July 13, 1966 in Norton, VA, a daughter to James and the late Vina Morrison Phillips. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Beattyville, KY.
She is survived by her husband; Russell Johnson, of Beattyville, KY, Father; James Edward Phillips, of Wise, VA, 1 son; Jimmy Joe Phillips (Rebecca) Phillips, of Wise VA, 1 stepson; Robert Johnson, 1 daughter; Rebecca Lane of Vanover, VA, 3 stepdaughters; Linda Johnson, Ashley Johnson, and Laura Johnson, 1 brother; James Phillips, of Western KY. Along with many other loving family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother; Vina Morrison Phillips.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home with Pastor James Dunahoo officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Johnson- Newton Cemetery, located in Lee County, KY.
