Barbara Ward, age 80, Widow of Ronald Ward, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro, AR.

Barbara was born June 29, 1944 in Versailles, KY, a daughter to the late Roy and Elizabeth (Roberts) Courtney. She was as a Bank Manager during her career.

She is survived by 2 sons; Brian (Sharon) Ward of Booneville, KY and Jim (Shelli) Ward of Bono, AR, 1 sister; Helen Adams of Lexington, KY, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren along with many other loving family members, and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her parent and husband.

A celebration of life will be held in her memory at a later date. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
