WEEKLY RECIPE:

GOLDEN CHICKEN SUPREME

6-8 chicken halves.

1 1/2 sticks butter

1/2 cup plain flour.

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper.

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 tsp paprika.

1can of water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika,

Roll chicken pieces in mixture.

Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish.

Place coated chicken in butter and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Combine soups and water and pour over chicken.

Cover with foil and continue baking for 1 hour.

** Good served with rice and/ mashed potatoes.
