Kenneth Leon Robinson

Kenneth Leon Robinson, 82, of Connersville, passed away on Saturday May 10, 2025. He was born on October 12, 1942 in Owsley County Kentucky. One of five children to the late William and Sophia Robinson.
On June 30, 1981, he married the love of his life, the former Nancy Cregar in the mountains of Jellico, Tennessee.
Leon was a hard worker and it did not go unnoticed. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years. He also enjoyed the time that he worked as a roofer at Chomel and Sons Roofing Inc.
When Leon was not working, he enjoyed taking a relaxing walk. He had a deep love for antiques such as trains and automobiles. He loved watching old trains on television and on occasion would visit the train station. He also loved looking at vintage cars.
Leon is survived by his bride of 43 years, Nancy Robinson, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings; brothers, Clifford Robinson, Verlon Robinson, Glendon Robinson, and a sister, Lois Colgate.
Services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Thursday May 15, 2025, visitation will begin at 11:00am until 1:00pm, and funeral services will follow beginning at 1:00pm with Eric Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
